We’ve just rolled out two new ways to save content to Listify without interrupting your browsing flow: a Chrome extension and Telegram bot integration.
Staying in Your Environment
One of Listify’s core principles is letting you capture interesting content without breaking your workflow. Whether you’re deep in a research session, browsing social media, or reading on your phone during commute, switching apps or opening new tabs disrupts your focus.
Chrome Extension
The Listify Smart Chrome extension is now available in the Chrome Web Store. Here’s what it does:
- One-click saving: Click the extension icon to instantly save the current page
- List assignment: Optionally choose which list to add the item to
- Profile support: Install the extension on each Chrome profile you use
The extension works across all your Chrome profiles, so whether you’re browsing in your work profile or personal profile, your saved links go to the right Listify account.
Telegram Integration
For mobile users, we’ve added a Telegram bot that connects directly to your Listify account. When you’re reading something interesting on your phone:
- Use your device’s share button
- Send the link to your connected Listify Telegram bot
- The item gets saved automatically
The setup is straightforward - connect your Telegram account through the Listify settings page, and you’re ready to go.
Current Limitations
The Telegram integration has one limitation we’re working on: you can’t currently specify which list to add items to. Everything goes to your default collection for now. We’re planning to add list selection through bot commands in an upcoming update.
The Chrome extension, on the other hand, already supports list selection, giving you full control over where your links end up.
What’s Next
These integrations are part of our ongoing effort to make content capture as frictionless as possible. We’re exploring additional channels and improving the existing ones based on user feedback.
Both features are available now for all Listify users. You can find the Chrome extension in the web store and set up Telegram integration in your account settings.
